Making the move from mobile to money

CHALLENGE 

Giffgaff had already established itself as a different type of mobile network. One run by its members, for its members. Now they wanted to communicate that they were branching out to the murky world of finance.

SOLUTION

An introductory film that communicated all the benefits, in a way that reassured members, and attracted those new to the brand as well. We introduced a range of editorial formats at the same time, to support and educate members on a range of money matters.
